Rileys have been making traditional toffees for many generations. In 2008 it was Freya Sykes who discovered a recipe book which had been given to her by her Granny, Ella Riley. In the front of this book there was a hand-written recipe. This was for the original Rileys Toffee Rolls. Now the Toffee Rolls have been re-born with a slightly softer texture to fit the modern taste.
