When will I get my delivery?
Usually, we will always try to dispatch your sweets within 1 working day after you’ve placed your order, assuming they’re in stock (which is most of the time).
We don’t send out orders at weekends (i.e. Saturdays and Sundays) or bank holidays and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
If any of the stock items are out of stock then we will generally hold your order until all your items can be dispatched together. If an item is out stock then we will e-mail you to advise you of the situation and if we cannot obtain the item for you then we will offer you an alternative.
In addition to standard Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class UK deliveries we can offer you a next working day delivery (after the day of dispatch) with our courier company.
Please allow sufficient time for your order to be dispatched and delivered, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We certainly do. The Sweet Scoop is able to offer this service and therefore make sure you select the correct shipping option for us to ship outside the UK.

All your personal information is held securely and the link to us is also secure, which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Your credit details are securely handled by PAYPAL, who is the leading credit card processing companies widely used on the internet.
What do you do with my email address?
I forgot to order one of the products I wanted! Can I add it to my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t add products to your order once it’s been confirmed, so you’ll need to create another order.

Oh no! I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already been dispatched.
If you do not have an account, you need to call us right away on 0113 2508970, and we will try our best to amend this over the phone for you.
Can you gift wrap the product for me? And include a gift message?
Most of our orders are sent with a delivery note, which you’ll find inside your parcel, however it’s not a gift message. The delivery note is printed with the contents of the parcel, the recipient’s name, and the sender’s name.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a gift wrapping service.
My order has arrived and it’s damaged – help!
We’re really sorry that your package hasn’t arrived in one piece. We know how important it is for your package to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to try and solve the problem.
The quickest and easiest way for us to help with a broken/damaged gift is to see a photograph of it. Please call us on 0113 2508970 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a link so that you can upload a photo of the damaged gift.
What if I am not happy with my order.
Of course, we always aim for complete customer satisfaction but if you should not be satisfied with any of the products you receive then please return them to us within 7 days of receipt to: Customer Returns, The Sweet Scoop, 33b High Street, Yeadon, Leeds, LS19 7SP.

Please note: we do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition but unfortunately we can not accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched e.g. chocolate melting when exposed to heat.
