Standard UK Postage

Standard UK postage works in line with Royal Mail First and Second Class terms and conditions. Please refer to their page here for the most up-to-date information.

We use DPD as our courier service provider. For their shipping terms, please see their page here.

The DPD courier charges shown are for orders up to 12kg. For heavier orders please contact us for courier costs.

Please note that Royal Mail options are still available for larger orders.

Collect From Store Delivery Option

You will need to collect from our shop at 33b High Street, Yeadon, Leeds. LS19 7SP. This is the only collection location currently available. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be picked and packed ready for collection.

We do deliver in the UK and overseas.

Not in the UK?

We also deliver throughout Europe and worldwide via Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked services. The shipping charge will be calculated automatically when you enter the delivery address at checkout. 

To avoid any complications with your shipment, please double check your address and postcode/ZIP are correct, in the event of an incorrect address being given we are unable to refund any delivery charge once the shipment is dispatched. Shipments classed as lost, delayed or damaged by our couriers due to an incorrect delivery address being given by the customer will not be refunded.

Parcels returned to The Sweet Scoop from the USA / Canada marked as uncollected, refused, incorrect address, moved, not wanted etc, will not qualify for a refund on the original shipping charge. We will refund the original purchase price for the goods less any shipping charges.

Customs officials do have the right to open and inspect any package at random, this is beyond our control as a spot check can be made by the local customs authority at will. Your goods should not be harmed in any way but the outer packaging may be opened and resealed. 

Returns Policy UK Only (Excludes USA & Canada)

We take every care to ensure you are delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not happy with it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss it with us. Please contact us before returning any item or leaving feedback.

Any refunds issued will show on the card used to make payment within 5 working days after we have received your items back with us.

* UK mainland only excludes Highlands and Islands, N-Ireland, Channel Islands.
