We endeavour to respond to emails between 10.00am-5.00pm the same working day. During busy periods please allow an extra day for a response. Please note that this is the fastest way to contact us and we will be in touch as quickly as possible.

Health and Safety
Some sweets may not be suitable for children under the age of three.
Our products are sourced by several manufacturers, therefore we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of nuts.
We reserve the right to amend any gift message that we believe may offend the recipient. We will contact you before any amendment is made.
Making A Purchase
In order to make a purchase, add your items to your basket from the product page, check your basket and click “checkout”. You will be asked for personal and shipping details along with details for your preferred method of payment. Please contact us if you have any issues with checkout, and you can place your order with us over the phone.
All purchases are made in GBP and includes V.A.T in the price shown.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Amex as well as PayPal.
All images are for illustration purposes only and copywriter The Sweet Scoop, manufacturers trademarks and supplied images are hereby acknowledged. Manufacturers often change the design, colour, packaging and shape of confectionery without notice. We reserve the right to substitute a product for one of the same quality if it is out of stock or amended by a manufacturer. If you require an exact product match for photographic purposes, please call or email us first to confirm the details.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to dispatch any orders placed before noon Mon-Friday the same day. All orders placed after noon will be dispatched no later than the next working day.
Orders placed on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Courier deliveries are made on weekdays between 07:30 and 19:30.
Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address.
Orders to any non UK mainland address (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, N-Ireland – Channel Islands), will have longer delivery times, please allow an additional five working days.
International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail.
International Shipping Rates are calculated automatically on the checkout page once delivery information has been entered.

If you are ordering from a non-UK address your credit card company will apply the appropriate exchange rate. Your credit card company may charge you a small fee for this. Your credit card will be debited on the day your order is dispatched; this is handled by our secure credit card processing facility or with Paypal.
The customer is liable for all taxes and custom duties imposed by their country.
USA and Canada
Delivery may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. We regret that we cannot advise you what these charges will be.
Customs / Import Duty
Customs can inspect/open any parcel to check its contents, this is beyond our control and may cause a delay with delivery. Parcels opened by customs will be labelled accordingly. Packaging and products must be kept in the event of a claim for damaged goods caused by customs, photographic evidence will be required along with original customs label. We can not accept any liability or refund any charges/tax/duty imposed by customs or local taxation.
In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the order status and updated delivery date.
We reserve the right to substitute any item for a similar one. (Example: if the manufacturer discontinues a particular sweet we will do our best to find one of the same type, flavour and colour via a different manufacturer.)
We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition, and is of the highest quality. If this is not the case, you may return items up to 7 days from receipt of goods for a full refund. We can only refund food products if they are unopened in their original wrappers. Damaged products must be returned before a refund can be made. We do require photographic proof of damage before the item is returned. Please do not accept a delivery if it is damaged in transit. Please contact us directly on 0113 2507322 or at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items so that we can discuss and make arrangements for any returns.
Delays due to adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, acts of god, or terrorism are beyond our control and as such we do not guarantee delivery by a certain date due to the nature of these acts, nor are we liable for costs incurred due to delay.

Data collected by this site is used to: a) Take and fulfil customer orders, b) Administer and enhance the site and service, c) Disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes only.
We endeavour to pack and ship your order as soon as possible when we receive it. Should you need to cancel, you can do so up until dispatch. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders And Contract Information
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between The Sweet Scoop and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by The Sweet Scoop, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by The Sweet Scoop or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation that your order has been received, as such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order. (example gift message jars and branded sweets, branded gift bags and branded hampers).
Please note that while we take every care to make sure the product information displayed on our website is correct, product recipes are regularly changed. This may affect nutrition and allergen information therefore you should not rely solely on the information presented here. If you require any information on allergens or ingredients, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
